4. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES & SERVICES

4.1 Programme Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that programme descriptions, pricing, and curriculum information are accurate. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Modify programme content to improve delivery
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Update curriculum materials

4.2 School Bookings

Schools purchasing StoryQuest™ programmes agree to:

  • Pay the agreed fee (Standard £995 or Premium £2,495 per annum)
  • Provide necessary facilities for programme delivery (if applicable)
  • Obtain parental consent for student participation and publication
  • Complete the full 6-week programme

4.3 Sponsorships

Businesses sponsoring schools agree to:

  • Pay the agreed sponsorship amount (£5,000, £12,500, or £37,500)
  • Allow us to use company name and logo in programme materials
  • Understand that media coverage is pursued but not guaranteed

4.4 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Schools: 30-day money-back guarantee if students do not engage as described
  • Sponsors: Refunds available if funded schools do not complete the programme (pro-rata basis)
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Pricing

All prices are stated in British Pounds (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/debit card (via Stripe)
  • Invoice payment (NET 30 for schools and sponsors)

5.3 Late Payment

Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur late payment fees in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
